This policy covers private sessions booked through ahmybrock.com, digital products, and online community memberships.
You can reschedule at no charge. Or you can cancel for a refund, minus a $15 fee that covers payment processing costs.
Your payment is non-refundable. You can apply it to a new session within 30 days of the original appointment. If you don't reschedule within those 30 days, the payment is forfeited. Moving the new session doesn't restart the 30 days.
If you miss a session without cancelling, your payment is non-refundable and isn't automatically carried over to a new session.
Your session is the time reserved for you. If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time and the full session fee applies.
Use the link in your booking confirmation or reminder email. If the link doesn't work, email connect@ahmybrock.com. Notice is counted from when I receive your request.
There's no fee to cancel or reschedule a free call. Please give as much notice as you can so someone else can use the time.
You can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund, with no fee.
Courses, recordings, handouts and other digital products are non-refundable once you have access to them.
If something won't open, didn't arrive, or isn't what was described, email connect@ahmybrock.com and I'll fix it.
Community memberships are hosted on Skool. You can cancel at any time in your Skool account settings. After you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Membership payments are non-refundable, including partial months.

Cancelling a membership doesn't cancel a booked session, and cancelling a session doesn't cancel a membership.
Life happens. If something unexpected comes up, email connect@ahmybrock.com with a short explanation. I'll consider each request individually. Exceptions aren't guaranteed.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
