Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Personal Services

Reschedules and cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session and a refund will be issued (minus the payment processors customary fee**).

For any cancellation made less than 24 hours of the scheduled session, the session fee is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your session within 30 days of the original appointment to retain your payment.

Exceptional Circumstances

If a cancellation is necessary due to exceptional circumstances, requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

**NOTE FOR CANCELLATIONS/APPROVED REFUNDS: If you cancel your session with plenty of notice and for some reason do not want to reschedule it, you can request a refund. Please note that payment processors keep a small processing fee (usually about 3–4%) and do not return it when a payment is refunded. Because of this, your refund will reflect the session cost minus that payment processors fee.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Non-Tangible Irrevocable Goods

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed and the product is delivered.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If you encounter any technical issues with accessing or downloading your digital products, please email connect@ahmybrock.com for prompt assistance and we will ensure you receive your product.

Exceptions

Exceptional circumstances may warrant a refund. If you believe you qualify for an exception, contact us with detailed information about your circumstances.
Each request will be evaluated individually.
