Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Private Sessions

Reschedules and cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without any penalty.

For any cancellation made less than 24 hours of the scheduled session, the session fee is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your session within 30 days of the original appointment to retain your payment.

Exceptional Circumstances

If a cancellation is necessary due to exceptional circumstances, requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To submit a refund request, please email connect@ahmybrock.com and include documentation supporting your reason for the late cancellation.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Non-Tangible Irrevocable Goods

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed and the product is delivered.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
